This study project is aimed to increase Microtest's systematic ability for talent selection and retention, solve management problems and improve the management quality of employees in management positions, elevate management performance and

employees' job capabilities by using standardized processes and position SOC.

Microtest launched the "100 Day Process Reengineering and ERP system reengineering" in the fourth quarter of 2021. On October 9, 2021, Microtest organized a study called "Using Processes to Achieve Large-scale Replication" in the company's training room

throughout the day.

During the seminar, employees shared what they learned. Each department set up a team to carry out specific measures and an ERP launch plan. At the end, they completed the company's SOC and 100 common items of process output training and

supervision.
